Quarantine cooking: How to make mac and Spam, a Hong Kong diner classic

Apr 28, 2020

What do you do when social distancing measures are in place, restaurant options are limited, and you don’t really know how to cook?

The coronavirus pandemic has forced millions of people to stay at home, and the team at Goldthread is no exception.

Our producers in Hong Kong have been scripting, shooting, and editing videos from home for the past few months. With most restaurants closed, many of us have resorted to cooking at home—except for our team member Hanley Chu, who has resorted to instant noodles for most meals.
